Responsibilities
- Enter and update a variety of data using Microsoft Excel, CRM software, and proprietary systems
- Prepare and sort documents to ensure accurate data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking customer orders, inquiries, and inventory data
- Review data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Report data issues and customer inquiries to supervisors and managers
- Manage record keeping for financial transactions and employee records
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to support operational goals
