What are the responsibilities and job description for the Area Tool Rental Manager position at Lowes?
Tool Rental Operations: Represents the organization to promote, rent and sell Lowes Tool Rental products and services to eligible customers. Responsibilities include renting tools, equipment and accessories; identifying potential customers; managing and building existing customer relationships; and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
The primary purpose of this role is to drive the achievement of operational and customer service goals for all assigned districts within their area. Additionally, they will lead responsibility of the setup and rollout of each new Tool Rental location in their assigned districts through management task completion. They must build strong partnership and influence with Tool Rental Department Supervisors, Store and Field Leadership to ensure the flawless execution of sales, service and promotional programs.
