We are seeking a HVAC helper who is looking for a career in a busy all year-round establishment. We are in search of motivated team players who are hungry to learn all about installing and servicing residential and commercial equipment and duct systems, while providing outstanding service to our customers. We will pay for your 4 year education to become a Florida state certified journeyman!

Experience & Requirements
- Must have a desire to learn and grow in the HVAC industry
- The right candidate will be enrolled in a Florida State accredited apprenticeship program paid for by the company
- Must have basic hand tools for the trade
- Valid clean driver’s license
- Pass drug test for illegal substances and background check

Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Transport equipment and materials to job sites using company vehicles.
- Support in the installation of ductwork and ventilation systems.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Learn and apply new skills related to HVAC installation and repair.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
