Role Description The Front Desk Associate is a full-time, on-site position based at Lowell Inn in Stillwater, MN. This role is responsible for greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling reservations and inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email. The Front Desk Associate answers calls, provides information about rooms, amenities, and local attractions, and coordinates with housekeeping and other departments to support smooth daily operations. Additional responsibilities include seating guests in the restaurant, helping servers give exceptional service to diners, promptly addressing guest concerns or requests, and maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area.
