Loving Hearts Social Services of New Orleans is a Medicaid-based, non-residential, community-based social services provider for children, adolescents, and adults with severe emotional/behavioral disorders.
We provide:
In-Home and In-School Counseling, Community Support Services, Parent Education, Medication Management, 24-Hour Crisis Intervention
Loving Hearts is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Professional to provide the necessary mental health treatment, skills training, and social support needed to improve and enhance everyday functioning.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You MUST have a Master's degree from an accredited university or college with a major in the field of counseling or social work and have one of the following types of licensure: PLPC, LPC, CSW, LMSW, LCSW, PLMFT or LMFT, with at least 1 year of professional experience providing services to persons with serious mental illness (practicum and internship experience can also be used)
- Valid state driver's license in good standing, and reliable transportation
- Candidates must have registered with their respective boards or are eligible for registration
