- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and support
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
- Qualify leads and route opportunities to the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate sales reports
- Support product onboarding and customer implementation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with sales processes and CRM systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated team player with a professional demeanor
- Occasional overtime may be required
- Primarily office-based with extended computer use
- May lift up to 20 lbs on occasion
