We’re seeking a motivated Enrollment Associate to be the first point of contact for new prospects. The Enrollment Associate will guide them through enrollment, collaborate with sales and operations teams, and ensure a smooth transition to active engagement. This Enrollment Associate role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an interest in sales operations.

What You’ll Do as an Enrollment Associate

• Engage with new prospects in person to assess needs and qualify them for enrollment
• Clearly communicate our offerings and address questions to help prospects make informed decisions
• Gather and maintain accurate applicant/contact information in internal systems
• Support coordination between prospective clients and internal sales teams
• Track enrollment progress and follow‑up as needed to ensure completion
• Help identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and enrollment experience
