We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for preparing shipments, receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. No prior experience required—we provide training for the right candidate.

- Prepare customer orders for shipment (packaging, labeling, documentation)
- Ship sales orders accurately and on time
- Receive and inspect incoming materials for damage and quantity accuracy
- Unload, organize, and stock inventory in assigned locations
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Enter shipping and receiving data into the company ERP system
- Follow Dangerous Goods Shipping and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Work collaboratively to meet team productivity goals
- Support general warehouse and production activities as needed
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)
- ERP system experience a plus, but not required
- Willingness to obtain Dangerous Goods Shipping certification
- Ability to stand and walk for an 8‑hour shift
- Repetitive use of hands and arms with good hand‑eye coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
