We are looking for two results-driven Regional Sales Managers. One in the Tampa area and one in Orlando. Each position will handle all sales duties and adapt our proven sales methodology in their area. They will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and developing a team of In-Home Design Consultants in a fast-paced, one-call close environment. This role focuses on coaching performance, improving close rates, and driving revenue while ensuring exceptional customer experience to drive sales goals.
Sales Manager duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Train, lead, coach, and develop a team of in-home design consultants
- Drive revenue performance through training, ride-alongs, and accountability
- Improve close rates, average job size, and overall sales effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key metrics (revenue, conversion, show rate, etc.)
- Partner with marketing to ensure lead quality and performance alignment
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings
- Ensure all sales practices align with company values and a customer-first approach
- Support recruiting and training new sales team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- 5 years of sales management experience, with 2 years in sales leadership
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, or one-call close environments is required
- Proven track record of driving revenue and improving team performance
- Strong coaching and leadership ability (not just a top individual producer)
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs
- High energy, competitive, and team-oriented
- Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Skills
- Proven work experience and success as a Top Sales Associate, Sales representative, or similar role
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Track record of overachieving sales quotas
- Assertive and engaging communication style
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
