Love Power Equipment and Rentals is a fourth-generation, family-owned and operated multi-brand Agriculture & Construction equipment dealership. We are currently seeking experienced Diesel Technicians to join our growing service team.

Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
Diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural and construction equipment
Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment
Communicate directly with service advisors regarding repair status and any additional service needs
Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs and labor time
Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
5 years of service technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Diesel mechanic experience required
Service technician experience required
New Holland experience preferred
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Strong customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to work weekends as needed
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn new technology, repair methods, and service procedures
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
