We offer both foreign and domestic cars with Love Honda in Homosassa, and Love Chevrolet in Inverness. We carry a full array of motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, and Yamaha watercraft at Love Motorsports and Love Esports in Homosassa, as well as at Love Motorsports of Ocoee. At Love Power Equipment in Homosassa and Love Power Equipment and Rentals in Chiefland, FL we sell a full line of Power Equipment and tools, such as mowers, tractors, handheld tools, and construction equipment. We are a growing organization that thrives on providing our customers with the highest level of service possible. About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant based in the United States, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their goals. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value propositions. This role requires a proactive approach to prospecting, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sustainable business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong knowledge and use of various social media platforms to assist in promoting dealership products and services 
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience using advanced CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and sales forecasting techniques.
  • Additional training or certification in sales methodologies or negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach activities.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Stay current on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging sales techniques.

Skills:

The required skills such as effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for engaging clients, understanding their needs, and building trust throughout the sales process. Proficiency with CRM software enables efficient management of customer information, tracking sales activities, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline. Time management and self-motivation skills are critical for prioritizing tasks, following up on leads, and consistently achieving sales goals. Preferred skills like advanced CRM knowledge and data analysis enhance the ability to interpret sales metrics and tailor strategies accordingly. Additionally, expertise in consultative selling and negotiation supports crafting customized solutions and closing deals that benefit both the client and the company.

Salary : $26,000 - $110,000
