Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient preparation to streamline kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination
• Support catering events and special functions by preparing meals efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food prep tasks

Skills

• Must have a positive team player attitude
• Must be able to work independently
• Must know how to prep for breakfast, lunch, & dinner
• Must know how to run a grille during breakfast
• Must understand time management & what takes longer or less time to cook
• Must have breakfast experience
• Must be able to serve dishes with proper presentation
• Must have experience cooking eggs & omelets
• Catering and/or pizza experience is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
