Overview
We are a patient-centered chiropractic office looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is often the first point of contact for our patients, so a positive attitude and strong multitasking skills are a must.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients warmly in person and on the phone
Scheduling appointments and managing the daily calendar
Checking patients in and out efficiently
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate records
Verifying insurance and assisting with basic insurance-related questions (bonus if experienced)
Supporting the doctor and clinical team with front-office operations
What we’re looking for:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Excellent communication skills
Reliability and punctuality
Bonus: Prior experience with chiropractic or medical insurance, billing, or EHR systems
