What are the responsibilities and job description for the Room Attendant - Temporary position at Lotte Hotels Americas?
Clean guest rooms according to hotel standards and prepare room for guest arrival. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments
- Fill cart with supplies and transport cart to assigned area
- Enter guest rooms following proper procedures
- Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
- Replace dirty linen
- Make bed to hotel standards
- Remove trash
- Dust surfaces
- Check that all appliances are present in the room and in working order
- Vacuum carpet
Pay Range: $29.9043 per hour - 39.8725 per hour
Qualifications:
- Prior room attendant experience in similar five star establishment
- Flexible working hours
- Ability to work on feet for seven hours
- Professional and polite demeanor
