Lotte Global Logistics is looking for a high-energy, detail oriented, Office Administrator to partner closely with and support our HR team and senior leadership.

The Office Administrator will provide support and partner closely with the office leadership and HR, playing a key role in planning and coordinating a variety of meetings and events, as well as day to day office admin duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS excel, word, and power point. If you have previous experience as a Secretary or Executive administrative assistant and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Office Admin should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. The candidate will be a polished, detailed oriented individual who can demonstrate initiative, flexibility, teamwork and great judgment.
Roles and responsibilities
- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Manage communication including emails and phone calls
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy
- Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodations
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Liase with executive to handle requests and queries from senior managers
- M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM On-Site Daily
Required Skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelors or associates a plus.
- 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, and MS Windows, and Canva)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands
- High degree of attention to detail
- Data entry experience.
- Working knowledge of general office equipment
