Human Resources Administrator

Compensation: $60,000–$75,000 annually benefits
We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This is a great opportunity for an HR professional with 2–3 years of experience who enjoys supporting day-to-day HR operations, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee administration in a fast-paced environment.
This role will work closely with our HR Business Partner and help support key HR functions while ensuring processes are accurate, compliant, and employee-focused.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities for the business
- Assist with payroll coordination, employee records, and HR documentation
- Help ensure compliance with company policies, employment practices, and multi-state labor law requirements
- Partner closely with the HRBP to support employee matters, onboarding, offboarding, and HR operations
- Maintain accurate employee files, data entry, and reporting within HR systems
- Assist with benefits administration and employee questions as needed
- Help track and support compliance-related items, audits, and required documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate HR support
- Provide general administrative support for HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, Payroll, or related support roles
- Experience supporting payroll and HR compliance processes
- Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience working with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
