Responsibilities
- Review and assess insurance claims submitted by clients.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information for claim processing.
- Interact and negotiate with insurance adjusters and legal teams to resolve claims issues.
- Investigate claims thoroughly to establish validity and accuracy.
- Provide updates to insureds as needed.
- Prepare and submit legal documents including releases.
- Monitor the progress of claims and keep clients informed on updates.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies regarding claims processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance claims processing or legal support role.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies and claims regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.

Work Environment
This position is a full-time in-house position working Monday through Friday, 8a-5pm at our firm in Cocoa, FL. The work environment is fun, friendly and positive with a diverse pool of employees. This is not a remote position.
Compensation Overview
This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Pay is on a bi-weekly cycle. Compensation is based on experience.
