A busy plaintiff law firm has an immediate opening for an associate attorney in their Fort Lauderdale office. This role will focus on worker's compensation files.


Responsibilities


  • Handle files from intake to close
  • Prepare for and attend hearings and depositions
  • Review medical records
  • Client communications


Qualifications


  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury or workers compensation (plaintiff or defense).
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Member of the Florida Bar in good standing

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
