Job Title : Bodily Injury Paralegal |Defense

Experience / Requirements

  • 1 to 6 years of dedicated bodily injury/personal injury litigation experience
  • Draft discovery responses, motions, pleadings etc
  • Collect, review and summarize medical records
  • Manage a robust caseload of personal injury and catastrophic injury files
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibit notebooks, and coordinate witness subpoenas
  • Strong ability to read, comprehend, and analyze complex medical records and health insurance liens
