Location: This is a remote role so the Attorney can be based anywhere in Florida. Travel will be required as necessary for court appearances.
Experience/Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of recent construction defect experience with construction litigation being the primary focus
- Handle a file from intake to close
- Must possess excellent research and writing skills
- Prepare for, attend and conduct hearings and depositions
- Case strategy
- Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing

Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
