Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering to ensure seamless service
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure timely service delivery
• Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs and adhering to alcohol service laws

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong serving skills
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests confidently
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Experience in food industry settings like catering or food service environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality operations enhances your versatility in this role
