Duties

• Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space for incoming guests.
• Assist servers with bussing duties, including removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils while adhering to food safety standards.
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, such as organizing supplies or assisting with plating under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including side stations and dining spaces, following sanitation protocols.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders seamlessly.
• Ensure guest needs are met promptly by providing attentive customer service and addressing any special requests or concerns.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and proper sanitation practices.
• Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
• Prior banquet or hotel experience can be advantageous for understanding high-volume service settings.
• Strong communication skills coupled with a friendly attitude to enhance guest interactions.
• Knowledge of food preparation, bussing, and basic kitchen operations is beneficial.
• Experience in hospitality or guest services roles demonstrates your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
