WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM MECHANIC
(Stationary Mechanic – Journey Level)
We are now recruiting for a skilled Wastewater Treatment System Mechanic at our Palmdale Reclamation Plant. The essential functions of this position are to perform more skilled preventive repair and maintenance of stationary equipment and machinery in a wastewater treatment facility.
This position operates on a 9/80 work schedule of Monday through Thursday (6:30am-4:00pm) and the working Friday (6:30am–3:00pm). Regular days off are alternating Fridays. Occasional after-hours work, overtime, and weekend call-backs may be required and will be compensated accordingly.
