GENERAL SERVICES WORKER I, II

LOCATION: FACILITIES PLANNING DEPARTMENT, GENERAL SERVICES GROUP, VARIOUS

ABOUT US: The Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts serve over 5.6 million people across 78 cities, protecting public health and the environment through innovative wastewater and solid waste management. Behind that mission is a network of facilities, offices, and infrastructure that need to be kept safe, functional, and ready for action every day — and that's where the General Services Worker comes in.

In this hands-on role, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Joint Administration Office by maintaining and repairing various fixtures and hardware, setting up meeting and event spaces, managing stockroom supplies, servicing Districts vehicles, and ensuring our work environments are clean, safe, and well-maintained. From minor plumbing repairs and office reconfigurations to parking lot logistics and routine vehicle checks, your work will vary daily.
