What are the responsibilities and job description for the Membership Sales and Services Intern position at Los Angeles Chargers?
This position will serve to provide exemplary customer service and support to Season Ticket Members, group clients and the general public as part of the Membership Sales & Services Department. The Membership Sales & Services Intern will be responsible for managing our Guest Services phone line and email inbox, resolving issues, providing interaction that is reflective for a model professional sports franchise, always with the goal of driving renewals and revenue. This position will be required to work events including LA Chargers home games, training camp, and other events as needed.

- Answering general ticket related inquiries—service phone line and email inbox
- Respond and resolve customer complaints, requests, and inquiries
- Receive inbound calls, assist with account maintenance, including, but not limited to, Account Manager, ticket management, event details, and answering general Season Ticket related inquiries
- Participate in various Sales and Season Ticket Member events and programs including home games, training events, and other events as needed.
- Assist in delivering customized benefits, programs, and events to drive loyalty with season ticket member base
- Acquiring knowledge and understanding of the fans, their changing preferences, needs, wants, and demographics
- Effectively and enthusiastically communicates all team events, season ticket member benefits, and stadium details
- Keep all CRM data updated with detailed interaction and client records
- Other duties as assigned by management
- College degree preferred.
- Highly and self-motivated with the desire to be successful.
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Candidate should be competitive, professional and self-starting.
- Ability to work well within a team environment or independently.
- Minimum of one-year sales experience in F2F selling, outbound sales, entertainment or sports industry preferred.
- Must have a passion for customer service and ability to seek new sales opportunities.
- MS Word, Excel, Outlook and basic computer skills required.
- Experience or working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics platform and Salesforce CRM a plus.
