Responsibilities of the selected candidate will include
- Provide administrative support across the SSO Division Office and group offices as needed
- Assist division support staff with day-to-day operational needs
- Collaborate with group support staff and management while completing training
- Maintain office environment of professionalism and initiative to learn and support
- Provide professionally written documents and communications
- Handle personnel and sensitive matters with tact, discretion, and professionalism
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Must be enrolled in at least 12 semester credit hours (or full-time equivalent).
- Must currently have and maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent).
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and follow structured guidance from staff and management
