- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must possess, or ability to obtain within sixty days of employment, and maintain a New Mexico Class D driver’s license.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment physical exam prior to commencing work.
- May be required to successfully complete a thorough background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check.
Additional Qualifications for Facilities Maintenance Specialist Senior:
- Two years of experience in building maintenance or the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or general construction trades.
Additional Qualifications for Facilities Maintenance Specialist Foreman:
- Four years of experience in building maintenance or the carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or general construction trades.
- Two years of lead experience across all years of experience.
