The candidate will gain hands on experience working with clients, preparing pleadings and motions, assisting with and appearing at depositions and court appearances, negotiating and drafting settlement agreements, and helping direct client matters. Qualifications:
* An analytic self starter with a strong work ethic and organizational skills;
* Strong research and writing skills;
* Good oral communication skills and ability to communicate and be personable with all levels of clients and business professionals;
* Ability to multitask and collaborate;
* Have basic knowledge of Supreme Court and Family Court procedures;
* J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to New York Bar;
* Proficiency in MS Office.
