What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for management-level and specialized positions.
- Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and design recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and branding initiatives.
- Drive employer branding efforts and represent the organization at recruiting events and career fairs.
- Use recruiting metrics and analytics to monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage external recruitment partners, agencies, and vendor relationships.
- Mentor and guide recruitment team members to support their growth and effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting across management and niche roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
