Join a rapidly growing, private equity-backed multi-site retail organization as its next IT Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead technology for a highly successful company with approximately 80 locations today and plans to more than double its footprint through acquisitions over the coming years.

What You'll Do
- Lead IT operations across a growing network of retail locations.
- Oversee infrastructure, networking, hardware, and operational technology to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
- Manage and develop a small internal IT team while helping scale the function as the company continues to grow.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and field operations to identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and support business objectives.
- Lead technology integration efforts for newly acquired locations.
- Travel to field locations to build relationships, provide support, and ensure technology is meeting operational needs.
- Develop scalable IT processes and best practices to support a rapidly expanding organization.
What We're Looking For
- Previous IT leadership experience supporting multi-site retail, franchise, restaurant, hospitality, automotive service, convenience store, or other distributed brick-and-mortar operations.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and end-user support.
- Experience leading technology initiatives across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to spend time in the field supporting operations.
- Experience supporting a growing organization through acquisitions or rapid expansion is highly preferred.
