Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting top talent across the organization. This position is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers to develop proactive hiring strategies, build talent pipelines, and support long-term workforce planning.

What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for multiple positions across assigned business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and workforce plans that align with current and future hiring needs.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, serving as a trusted recruiting partner throughout the hiring process.
- Source both active and passive candidates using a variety of recruiting tools, networking strategies, and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidates to identify top talent before presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, collect timely hiring manager feedback, and facilitate next steps throughout the recruiting process.
- Extend offers and manage pre-employment documentation and onboarding coordination.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Analyze recruiting metrics and communicate search progress to hiring managers and leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and share best practices with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Mentor and support newer recruiters while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing recruiting organization.
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting environment.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and serving as a consultative recruiting advisor.
- Demonstrated success sourcing both active and passive candidates across a variety of roles.
- Experience creating proactive recruiting strategies and workforce planning initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other sourcing platforms to identify top talent.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and effectively navigate difficult recruiting conversations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
