Do you love meeting people, building relationships, and making a difference in your community? Heaven Sent Caregivers is looking for an outgoing, motivated Community Recruiter to help us grow our team and spread the word about the care we provide.
As our Community Recruiter, you’ll be out in the Spartanburg community connecting with potential caregivers, local organizations, businesses, churches, community centers, and others who can help us reach great people.
What You’ll Do:
- Get out into the community and represent Heaven Sent Caregivers
- Recruit qualified caregivers and help build our team
- Share information about our company and employment opportunities
- Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources
- Help increase awareness of Heaven Sent Caregivers throughout Spartanburg
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
- Friendly, confident, and outgoing
- A strong communicator and people-person
- Comfortable approaching and talking with new people
- Self-motivated and dependablePassionate about helping others
- Familiar with the Spartanburg community
- Able to work independently and represent our company professionally
- Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during orientation.
