Patient Experience & Care Coordinator (Part-Time)Looking Glass Chiropractic – Poulsbo, WA
Schedule (25–30 hrs/week):
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:15 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation:$21–25/hour (DOE) performance-based bonuses

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the front desk experience: phones, scheduling, payments
- Confidently guide patients through care recommendations and plans
- Support patient retention and consistency in care
- Perform INSiGHT scans (we train you)
- Use systems like ChiroHD to stay organized and efficient
- Keep the energy of the office high, welcoming, and structured
