What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at Pacific Vascular Inc.?
We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented person with good interpersonal and customer service skills that will be responsible for assisting/directing patients with questions and inquiries at our Port Angeles, WA location.
Duties include: general front office duties, scheduling and checking in patients, general handling of patient medical records, answering phones and transferring calls, and providing administrative support to technical staff. You may also be required to perform duties and responsibilities not listed in this description on a temporary or long-term basis.
Qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical office experience/training preferred
- Must speak English, bilingual a plus
- Ability to effectively interact with physicians, patients and other staff members
- Demonstrates knowledge of proper, safe, efficient usage of current office equipment/software
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
40 hours a week, Monday-Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
