- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately within the office
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and route calls efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills
