Job Description
LIM is seeking a highly motivated Sustainable Investing Summer Intern to support the firm's sustainability and investment initiatives during a 10-week summer internship program. This role offers hands-on experience in sustainable investing and ESG research within an institutional asset management environment.
The intern will work collaboratively with investment professionals while gaining exposure to portfolio construction, sustainability research, and market analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support ESG and sustainability research across fixed income sectors.
• Assist with portfolio customization, reporting tools, and sustainability-focused client initiatives.
• Contribute to portfolio analysis, risk management, and engagement efforts.
• Research sustainability market trends and support LIM's annual Sustainability Report.
• Attend industry webinars and conferences and summarize key insights.
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in sustainability, ESG, and financial markets.
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior investment research or fixed income/equity knowledge is a plus.
