Job Description
LIM is seeking a skilled Analyst to join our Boston-based securitized team. This role is central to our investment process, requiring close collaboration with portfolio managers and traders to drive asset-backed security (ABS) strategy and selection.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive research and provide actionable investment recommendations across all ABS sub-sectors.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with issuers and trading partners
- Monitor security-level performance and enhance our internal analytical frameworks
- Manage macro-level data and databases to track market-wide trends
- Partner with PMs to align ABS strategies with client goals and risk parameters
- 2 years of experience in securitized markets (analysis, surveillance, or lending)
- Strong technical proficiency in data manipulation and quantitative modeling
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-first mentality
- Progress toward a CFA or an advanced degree is highly preferred
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
