We are working on an investment role with a large real estate private equity firm who are looking to hire in their Austin, TX office.
Our client has about $12b in AUM and 75 employees across multiple US offices as well as London. They invest across durable, high-conviction sectors mostly at the platform level including cold storage, life sciences, multifamily, data centers, and self storage.
They are looking to add someone with between 1-6 years of experience to the team, with an immediate priority hire. The role is highly execution-focused and provides broad exposure across the investment lifecycle, and is partially open as one of the Associates on the team recently took a C-level position with one of their portfolio companies. This is a generalist seat across several asset classes including multifamily, self storage, cold storage, life sciences, and data centers.
The preferred candidate profile is someone with 1-6 years of experience in real estate investment banking or equity acquisitions.
