- Handle administrative tasks to support sales goals and improve department efficiency.
- Help develop budgets, forecast goals, and track progress for both the team and individual salespeople.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure dealership policies are followed.
- Collaborate on sales meetings, regulatory compliance, and cross-department teamwork.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and computer skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
