Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers
- Review repair orders, parts, and labor for compliance
- Work with technicians and parts staff to resolve warranty issues
- Keep detailed records and track pending claims
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general service team support
- 1–2 years of experience in warranty admin, service writing, or related roles
- Familiarity with manufacturer guidelines (Ford, GM, VW, Mitsubishi a plus)
- Proficiency in DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack preferred)
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and multitasking skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
