Long Lewis of Alabaster is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator. In this role, you will provide vital administrative support to our Sales Management Team, assisting with tasks like data entry, generating reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the Sales Department.

While previous sales experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate is focused, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Management Team with administrative duties, including data entry and report generation.
• Maintain and organize sales documentation and records.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication within the sales process.
