We are actively seeking skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to join our Oil Change & Maintenance Team. Our factory-trained technicians perform detailed vehicle inspections and provide customers with a comprehensive Vehicle Check-Up Report. As a Quick Lane Technician, you will perform general vehicle maintenance and repairs in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner.
Job Description
As a Quick Lube Technician, you will:
Perform oil changes and filter replacements
Rotate, replace, and balance tires
Service and inspect brakes
Conduct battery tests and replacements
Inspect cooling systems, belts, hoses, and other key components
Complete thorough multi-point inspections and document findings
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity
Work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or GED
Prior automotive service or maintenance experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to service multiple vehicle makes/models; diesel experience is a plus
Unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record
Strong physical dexterity, stamina, and ability to perform manual labor
A positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
