Project Administrator

Description

Position Purpose

The Project Administrator provides support within the Mechanical Solutions business unit and works closely with operations. This position will provide data entry and tracking functions within various systems and serve as a liaison between the business unit and accounting.

Compensation Range: $25 - $35 per hr. plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable processing, which includes Purchase Order receipts and AP invoice approval for all quoted projects
• Set up quoted projects in Dyanmic365
• Bill quoted worked orders and projects
• Track Material orders being shipped to warehouse for quoted projects.
• Provide general administrative support for the MS business unit.
• Maintain service files with purchase orders, inventory transfers, invoices, work orders and other pertinent paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-year Business or Technical trade school degree and 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC electrical, mechanical, and temperature control systems.
• Possess excellent interpersonal communication, computer and estimating skills.

Physical Requirements

• Routine sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
• This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
