What You'll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential (and some light commercial) heating and air conditioning systems.
• Deliver outstanding service that creates happy, loyal customers.
• Help mentor and train other service technicians as you advance in the company.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with on-call rotation)

Shop Location: Castroville, TX

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: Up to $45 per hour depending on experience
• Performance Incentives: Spiffs Commission-Based Program available - choose between performance pay or straight hourly

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years of hands-on residential HVAC field experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• HVAC Technical School Certificate (preferred)
• NATE Certification (preferred)
• Strong ability to diagnose and solve HVAC problems
• Your own tools
