What You'll Do:

• Install residential heating and air conditioning systems to the highest company and code standards.
• Deliver clean, professional installations that create happy customers.
• Supervise and guide other installers to ensure quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Maintain exceptional safety standards on every job.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weeknights and weekends may be required)

Shop Location: Castroville, TX

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: Up to $45 per hour depending on your experience

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC codes and proper installation practices
• Excellent knowledge of tools, testing equipment, and job-site safety
• General knowledge of HVAC low voltage systems
