We're hiring an experienced Property Manager to oversee a large market-rate apartment community, leading daily operations, staff, budgets, and resident relations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of a large multifamily community
- Lead leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and property performance
- Oversee move-ins, move-outs, lease administration, and resident retention
- Build and maintain resident and vendor relationships
- Negotiate vendor contracts
- Coordinate evictions and court filings
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- 10 years of multifamily property management experience
- Experience managing market-rate communities (no HUD/Section 8)
- Experience managing communities with 600 units
- Previous leadership experience managing leasing and maintenance teams
- Active Delaware Form 50 Agent designation with court filing experience
- Strong budgeting, financial management, and resident relations skills
- Entrada experience is a plus
