This role is responsible for maintaining payroll records, processing payroll-related transactions, ensuring compliance with payroll regulations, and supporting multi-state payroll operations. 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hybrid schedule available after training/onboarding; onsite days to be determined during the interview process.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain payroll records within ADP Workforce Management and Infor Lawson
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and within designated deadlines
- Review and ensure timecards are completed and approved properly
- Process additional compensation items including shift differentials, bonuses, stipends, and other adjustments
- Support multi-state payroll processing and quarterly tax filings
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records
- Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliation activities
- Collaborate with HR and management to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Adhere to confidentiality standards and organizational payroll protocols
- Perform additional payroll and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred OR 3–5 years of progressive payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
- REQUIRED experience with Infor Lawson (must-have skillset)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Management strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, recordkeeping, and multi-state payroll taxation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
