We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRIS Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our HR systems environment. This role will serve as the primary functional analyst for Oracle EBS HR modules, acting as the bridge between HR, Payroll, and IT to ensure system accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on Oracle EBS HR experience, strong functional knowledge of HR and payroll processes, and the ability to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize system workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional support resource for Oracle E-Business Suite HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Benefits, or related modules).
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system configurations.
- Configure, maintain, and support employee data, job structures, compensation, benefits, and organizational hierarchies.
- Manage HRIS data integrity, audits, validation, and reporting.
- Support system upgrades, patches, testing cycles, and production releases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Oracle EBS HR system issues, working with IT and Oracle support as needed.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, workflows, and training materials.
- Create and maintain reports using Oracle tools, SQL, or third-party reporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy standards, and HR policies.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite HR modules.
- Strong functional knowledge of HRIS processes including employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and time tracking.
- Experience working directly with HR and Payroll stakeholders.
- Ability to perform system configuration, testing, and issue resolution.
- Experience with reporting and data extraction (SQL knowledge a plus).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle EBS Payroll or OTL.
- Exposure to integrations with third-party HR or payroll systems.
- Prior experience supporting system upgrades or implementations.
- Understanding of SOX, data governance, or compliance standards.
- HRIS certification or Oracle functional training is a plus.
