About The Role
The Line Cook is responsible for cooking and preparing menu items as requested by customers, stocking and maintaining food prep stations, and keeping a clean, organized workspace during and after service. This role is essential to delivering the high-quality, globally inspired dishes LoLa 41 is known for, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook menu items to standard
Stock and maintain all food preparation stations
Assist with Daily Prep Tasks
Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization during and after service
Follow health, safety, and HACCP standards
Requirements
Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
Ability and stamina to lift and carry heavy items routinely
Commitment to work 5–6 days per week
Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling
Knowledge of food prep, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety protocols
High-volume production and cost control experience is a plus
