Floor Manager

LoLa 42 in Boston’s vibrant Seaport District is currently seeking a Floor Manager to join our energetic and fast-paced team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Lead, support, and motivate frontofhouse staff during shifts
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure service standards are met
• Collaborate with management on staff training, shift planning, and team development
• Assist with opening and closing duties in accordance with company procedures
• Ensure all health, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
  
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a highvolume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and foster a positive team environment
• Wellorganized, detailoriented, and confident in fastpaced settings
• Experience with POS systems and frontofhouse technology
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
